APIThe Allegro documentation comes in the source package. Once you finish the build process, you will end up with the documentation generated in html, rtf, text, texinfo, chm, PostScript, PDF or devhelp file formats, depending on your platform, installed build tools and make options. See the documentation for makefile targets which build special formats. Here, we host some popular versions of the generated documentation, and provide an online browseable version too.
Online Documentation and Source Browser - Allegro.cc's version of the manual - Remember that apart from Allegro's excellent manual, there is also a tutorial section with links to contributed documentation. And there are also written paper books which teach Allegro. |
